2026 Powder Puff Registration

Register to be a Player or Coach. Powder Puff will be held on Friday, August 14th at 6:00pm in Raider Valley. Sign up by August 7th to register for the event (as space allows)! There will be no refunds for this event!

*Required mouthguard are included in the fee. Plastic cleats or turf shoes are required for all players and not supplied by SLC. No metal cleats, please.

*Players and coaches are required to attend 1 of 3 zoom calls to review rules the week of August 9th. Dates and times TBD.

In case of emergency or accident on the school grounds or during this school activity involving my child which, in the opinion of school authorities present, requires immediate medical or surgical attention, I hereby grant permission to said school authorities to obtain the services of a physician or to transport said child to the hospital if it is deemed necessary by school authorities. I hereby grant permission, also, to said physicians to treat said condition unless I am present and request otherwise, or until I later request otherwise.

To ensure medical care, if needed, an ambulance has been reserved for the Powder Puff game. It is their policy to take an injured student to the nearest hospital, which is Wellstar Kennestone Hospital. If a choice is possible, please list your hospital preference.
